The Hotel is located in San Rocco and is easily reached, ten minutes on foot from the main streets of Livigno. The area is dotted with shops, restaurants, café-bars and pubs for nightlife.

Located near Plaza Palcheda, a multipurpose tourist facility, the Hotel is a short walk from the free bus service, and very near to the ski lifts, the cycling-pedestrian track, the cross-country skiing trail, the San Rocco church and a playground.
